Who we are
Procure IT is an independent technology cost and governance advisory practice. We work with Australian organisations managing complex, distributed technology environments — helping them understand what they spend, what they own, and whether their commercial arrangements remain competitive. We are not a technology vendor, managed service provider, or reseller. We provide independent advisory services with no commercial interest in the technology our clients procure.
Experience
Our team has worked across mining, energy, aviation, defence, food manufacturing and infrastructure environments through consulting, operational assurance, commercial governance and technology-related advisory work. Experience spans multi-site operations, contractor workforces, regulated industries and complex supplier ecosystems.

Sean's career spans operational risk, governance and executive leadership across aviation, energy and complex operating environments. He has held senior leadership positions requiring accountability for safety, compliance and operational performance in high-consequence settings. Sean brings a governance-first perspective to technology cost visibility.
Josh Ryder
Director, Client Engagement
Josh brings experience across technology, commercial engagement and client delivery. He works directly with clients to understand their technology environment, coordinate review activities and ensure that findings and recommendations are delivered clearly and practically.
